The Artistic Residency Programme is the new strand of Moving The New. The programme is open to artists or groups of artists from Cyprus or abroad, active in the field of choreography/performance/physical theatre.

Τerms and Conditions

Each artist/group of artists who will be selected will be able to use the D.H.L. space for a total of 2 months (15 hours per week).

The time periods of the residencies will be:

March-April, May-June, July-August, October-November
Note: Only one artist/group of artists will be selected for each time period.

D.H.L. can offer:

— Basic technical equipment (sound system, microphone, projector).

— Free participation in specific D.H.L. related activities.

— Promotion of research / projects / artistic work in the monthly newsletter of the D.H.L.  (for the two months of residency) by the organisation.

— Ιnformal public presentation/sharing of the idea/project/performance at the end of the residency period (only if its relevant to the artist/group of artists)

— D.H.L. cannot offer financial support regarding the travel costs / accommodation / daily allowance for artists or artist groups selected from abroad.
