Workshop Description:

This one-to-one workshop is designed specifically for artists who wish to harness the power of ComfyUI in creating stunning images and animations through AI. The workshop will cover the basics of ComfyUI, including understanding key components such as nodes, and exploring essential techniques for Ai generation using text prompts and input images.  

Who is the workshop for: 

Whether you’re an artist looking to expand your toolkit or a curious beginner eager to learn, this workshop will empower you to bring your creative  visions to life.  Participants are encouraged to bring their laptops and a curious mind as they will engage with hands-on demonstrations and utilize real-time examples to enhance their understanding. 

The workshop is designed for 45-minute ‘one-on-one’ slots. Limited spots (x5 max), so apply to let us know you are interested by October 25th.

What is ComfyUI?:  

ComfyUI is a powerful Stable Diffusion UI with a graph and nodes interface. You can construct image or video generation workflows by chaining different blocks (called nodes) together. During this workshop we will be running the UI via a python notebook.

Instructor Bio:

Suzana Phialas is an artist who blurs the lines between digital and physical worlds through her cross-media Art. She is a performance maker, Ai artist, curator at makersplace.com and a leading figure in Web3 Digital PerformanceNFT Art since 2021. Her latest projects delve into hot-button issues of our times, including contemporary society, digital culture, emerging technologies, open source protocols  and Artificial Intelligence. 

Phialas is constantly pushing the boundaries of performance in the digital art space, and her work has been showcased internationally at Physical and Digital art exhibitions, Dance, Performance and Screendance Events. Her projects have been supported by the  Cyprus Deputy Ministry of Culture, and her art has been collected by the Cyprus State Gallery and by avid Digital Art Collectors.  

Since 2023, Phialas has been recognized as a leading AI video creator and is represented by FELLOWSHIP in their “Daily curated releases” program —a platform  serving as the epicenter of AI visual art experimentation.
