“And now in a leap, confident that what leaps, leaps as evidence of what we do not hear in all the leaps” is the poetics of a body finding pleasure and allowing to sink in it. With the desire, in its ripple to expand in a quest of witnesses to affect. 

May you visit this room as a moment to dwell in and enter this time as a space to inhabit.

In this place, I answer my desire to move, reach to suspend myself a little bit longer in the instant.

May the thrill of this instant be contagious

Time leaps with me, enrapturing my suspension in the present, making sure I never evade alone in the future.

So we leap together,

For the joy that is set before us, encouraged us to let ourselves be moved

Together, by each other.

Leap in this exhortation to celebration. 

This piece marvels around the elusive concept of groove, the sensorial intuition that impulses motion. It revolves around questions of performativity, musicality, transformation of sensory perception and pleasure. Exposing the vulnerability in which groove finds one’s body as well as the vulnerability into which it leads it. 

Here, dance is enjoyed as the possibility to answer to one’s intuition, a language that responds to an invitation for a shared moment of exaltation.
